so i live on long island... no shops on the island carries ruthless ez duz it on ice which is my favorite juice.. after getting great reviews from an actual ruthless brand rep, I checked out the instagram and right away, their employees contacted me and let me know that they'd gladly send me anything I purchased, and they even gave me the deals they had going on that week. i love these guys and if I lived in NC, I'd be there everyday.. knowledgeable, nice, and their not like most vape shops that try and up-sell you just to get a sale and make more money. if you live in NC and don't go here, you're a fool lol
